Build and evolve Unity’s PolySpatial core technology across low-level C++ and high-level C# systems. Design high-performance APIs for embedded, cross-process, and networked environments; manage execution timing and resource contention; and synchronize assets and components under bandwidth and latency constraints. Responsibilities include engine architecture, serialization, runtime performance, multithreading, networking, and end-to-end implementation and debugging.

Own strategic relationships with approximately 10–15 advertisers and publishers across Unity’s advertising ecosystem. Drive revenue through user acquisition, app monetization, pipeline development, quarterly quotas, executive partnerships, data-driven recommendations, QBRs, and strategic growth plans. Collaborate with Performance Management, Finance, and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored technology solutions.

Manage the full advertising sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, IO coordination, closing, and account handoff. Own a book of business and Salesforce pipeline, sell Unity’s performance advertising products, identify new verticals, and advise advertisers on user acquisition and growth. Build long-term partnerships, use BI and AI tools to guide decisions, develop mobile advertising expertise, and represent Unity at industry events.

Own and grow a book of publisher partnerships: drive upsells, negotiate renewals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent Unity at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver ad monetization solutions and revenue growth.

Technical leader responsible for architecting and building Offer Delivery backend services (real-time bidding and direct offer placement). Design and implement Go services, ensure high availability and low latency, mentor engineers, drive cross-team delivery, participate in on-call rotations, and improve observability and data streaming for revenue-critical ad serving systems.

Build systems to stream and translate Unity content into other renderers while preserving visual fidelity and performance. Design compact scene-state representations, compression strategies, and stable, scalable rendering pipelines. Profile and optimize end-to-end rendering for high framerates, tackle shader translation and resource lifetime, and work across graphics, networking, distributed systems, and AI-assisted workflows.

Optimize and deploy multi-modal models (transformers, diffusion, VLMs) to run on-device across mobile and desktop. Own export, quantization, kernel tuning, runtime integration, and profiling to meet strict latency, memory, and power budgets. Build packaging, benchmarking, and telemetry; partner with research to productionize models and mentor junior engineers.

Design, build, and operate scalable data platform services and self-service tooling for Unity Ads. Lead cross-functional initiatives across distributed systems, pipelines, cloud infra, observability, and developer experience. Provide hands-on technical leadership, establish platform patterns and standards, and deliver reliable, extensible, high-throughput data infrastructure used by many teams.

Embed with partner departments to learn workflows and build production-grade agentic systems, integrations, data pipelines, and internal UIs. Design, ship, and instrument LLM-based agents, run evaluations, and partner with non-engineering leaders to automate and augment work while bringing reusable patterns back to Engineering.

Architect and lead development of a greenfield consumer mobile rewards app (iOS/Android). Design app architecture, build gamified UI/UX, integrate with backend event pipelines and ML attribution, manage virtual currencies and on-device ledgers, ensure secure event tracking against fraud, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and CI/CD standards for a high-frequency release cadence.
