Present clear findings and recommendations to senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and develop frameworks measuring developer and customer goodwill, strategic understanding, and internal trust. Creates high-quality graphic and motion design for Unity’s brand, campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and marketing initiatives. Translates complex technical and business ideas into compelling visual stories, evolves brand systems, collaborates with cross-functional creative teams, and delivers production-ready assets across digital, print, presentation, and event formats. The role also explores AI-assisted workflows and emerging creative technologies.

Design and implement runtime protocols, formats, and systems to capture, serialize, stream, and replay interactive 3D content across engines. Own C++ runtime and C# APIs across editor, build, simulation, streaming, and playback. Optimize for low-latency, determinism, memory and bandwidth constraints, and build AI interfaces for inspecting and invoking engine state.
