Participate in a two-year rotational Finance Development Program supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Own the strategy, roadmap, stabilization, and continuous enhancement of the Talent Acquisition people-systems ecosystem. Manage Oracle ORC and integrated SaaS and custom tools, including backlog prioritization, issue triage, PRDs, user stories, metrics, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with Talent Acquisition, engineering, development, UX, and global stakeholders to improve candidate and recruiter experiences while balancing delivery schedules, system performance, cost, and ROI.

Acquire and onboard new small and medium-sized Uber Eats merchants through prospecting, cold calling, email, relationship building, and contract negotiation. Communicate product value, achieve sales targets, coordinate activation with operations and account management teams, develop best practices, and maintain long-term regional partnerships.

Lead migration of Uber’s workforce planning application to Pigment. Partner with Finance stakeholders, architect and configure EPM planning models, build integrations with Oracle Cloud and data warehouse systems, support forecasting and reporting, coordinate UAT, train users, and apply EPM optimization best practices.

Lead Uber’s Agentic AI customer experience product, defining its multi-year vision and delivering an autonomous, multimodal AI customer agent. Oversee user-facing experiences and platform capabilities including evaluations, simulations, observability, reasoning traces, debugging, experimentation, and human-in-the-loop learning. Manage 10–15 product managers across the Bay Area and India, align senior stakeholders, drive execution, and build a high-quality AI product operating at global scale.

Lead the technical direction and development of Uber’s real-time marketplace matching optimization systems. Build and productionize machine learning and decision systems using reinforcement learning, deep learning, causal inference, optimization, and control methods. Formulate ambiguous problems, develop behavioral models, create simulation and experimentation frameworks, and deploy scalable online inference systems. Collaborate cross-functionally, lead 0-to-1 initiatives, improve marketplace performance, and mentor engineers.

Lead global B2B credit risk management, controlling customer exposure and approving credit limits, payment terms, plans, and extensions. Manage a team, monitor creditworthiness, analyze financial statements, oversee agencies and AFDA calculations, and partner globally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and IT. Drive process improvement, AI automation, stakeholder negotiation, compliance, and financial risk mitigation.
