Owns the strategy and end-to-end execution of Figma’s brand events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations. Responsibilities include concept development, creative direction, vendor and agency management, on-site production, event performance measurement, and collaboration with brand, creative, and communications teams. The role also involves developing spatial design concepts, strengthening community engagement, and growing the Brand Events team.

Supports Figma Brand Studio by developing visual concepts, brand assets, campaigns, launches, and storytelling materials. The intern explores image-making, typography, composition, visual systems, and creative tools; incorporates feedback through revisions; collaborates with cross-functional partners; researches emerging techniques and AI-powered workflows; and presents work in progress and completed designs.

Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding Figma implementations involving APIs, identity systems, integrations, governance, and extensibility. Assess technical environments, reduce implementation risks, support design-to-code workflows, deliver workshops, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams. Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives while identifying opportunities that drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth.

Supports revenue transformation by testing revenue-system changes, drafting business requirements, scaling billing and Stripe integrations, strengthening SOX controls, integrating new revenue streams, and analyzing quote-to-cash processes. Partners cross-functionally with RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Systems to improve invoicing, revenue recognition, system performance, and compliance.

Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs across Business and Technology teams. Manage dependencies, facilitate technical discussions, anticipate risks, remove blockers, and maintain alignment and delivery momentum. Build trusted partnerships, improve collaboration practices, and champion tools, AI, automation, and scalable ways of working. The role supports Finance, GTM, Engineering, Business Systems, GRC, and IT teams in a cloud/SaaS environment.

Optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce across go-to-market and cross-functional teams. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex processes, design scalable workflows, coordinate UAT, validate enhancements, and maintain documentation. Manage the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem through partner onboarding, engagement tracking, revenue attribution, adoption improvements, reporting, dashboards, and data stewardship.

Manage federal compliance for Figma’s FedRAMP cloud security program. The role documents and implements security controls, supports audits, penetration testing and vulnerability remediation, maintains SSP documentation, prepares POA&M reporting, tracks risks, and guides cloud, application, and enterprise teams through FedRAMP requirements and authorization processes.
