Manage existing customer accounts, communicate about Figma products and pricing, close subscription expansions and renewals, process billing requests, qualify inbound prospects, and support targeted outbound renewals. Conduct strategic qualitative and quantitative UX research for Figma Design, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify opportunities, test concepts, evaluate AI-powered experiences, and shape product strategy and roadmap priorities. Own end-to-end research, communicate insights through compelling storytelling, influence executive stakeholders, and balance speed, rigor, and competing business inputs.

Data Scientist partnering with cross-functional teams to define metrics, design experiments, uncover insights, build analytical models, and develop data tools and systems. The role owns complex data projects end-to-end, supports product, marketing, finance, and platform initiatives, and promotes data quality and accessibility. Candidates need strong SQL, scripting, distributed data systems, statistical methods, experimentation, forecasting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Conduct fundamental and applied generative AI research for Figma’s design products. Develop and evaluate novel machine learning models, improve existing AI systems, explore agentic systems and creative applications, and potentially publish findings at leading AI/ML conferences.

Develops compelling, design-focused narratives about product design and development. Responsibilities include creating feature stories, case studies, interviews, thought leadership, and multimedia content; translating technical design concepts for varied audiences; partnering with designers, researchers, product managers, and marketing; documenting workflows; and maintaining an authentic design voice across content platforms.

Lead and develop a team of Partner Managers overseeing product-area portfolios and ecosystem programs. Translate partnerships strategy into portfolio plans, goals, and resource decisions; improve operating processes; monitor portfolio performance; and manage escalations. Build alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams. Support complex technical partnerships, negotiations, hiring, onboarding, and organization-wide growth initiatives.

Develop and execute Figma’s corporate communications strategy, including integrated campaigns, executive communications, thought leadership, media, and owned-channel storytelling. Partner with finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product, and design teams to translate complex business developments into compelling narratives. Identify timely story angles, respond to cultural and industry conversations, and build communications programs that strengthen Figma’s position as a public company.
