Manage Figma’s global immigration and mobility programs, serving as the primary contact for sponsored employees and stakeholders. Oversee high-volume visa and permanent residence cases, work authorization renewals, counsel coordination, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and employee resources across global regions. Support international relocations, M&A, expansion initiatives, and partnerships with People, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.

The role partners with IT, Security, and product AI infrastructure teams to establish reusable platforms, engineering standards, and a scalable roadmap for internal AI workloads.

Leads product management teams responsible for shared experiences across Figma’s product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer collaboration, workflows, interoperability, and the internal design system. Sets product vision, strategy, and goals; drives complex cross-functional initiatives; partners with engineering, data, and design; and hires, coaches, and develops senior product managers.

Embed with enterprise customers to integrate Figma products into complex technical environments. Build product code, design-system and design-to-code workflows, LLM-powered integrations, agent skills, and reusable implementation playbooks. Conduct technical discovery, debug unfamiliar codebases and toolchains, address enterprise security and access requirements, and translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams while shaping Figma’s forward-deployed engineering function.

Lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure programs across backend, infrastructure, and security teams. Drive reliability, storage, caching, observability, and compliance initiatives; manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive communications; enable scalable cloud-native performance improvements, migrations, and encryption/key-management efforts while establishing program management best practices and rollout strategies to minimize downtime and ensure high system reliability.

Partner cross-functionally to analyze and prioritize product, GTM, and operational initiatives. Build executive-ready analyses and financial models, establish success metrics, drive execution of recommendations, and monitor KPI impact to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.

Design end-to-end CMS experiences for Figma by translating complex technical systems into intuitive UIs, prototyping and shipping features with engineers and PMs, contributing to product strategy, and mentoring peers to raise design quality across the organization.

Leads the People Partner function supporting Product, Design, and Engineering. Advises the CTO and Chief Design Officer, manages and develops People Partners, drives organizational design, performance, talent reviews, succession planning, resource management, and change initiatives, and partners across People functions to execute people strategy. Uses data and insights to guide leaders and scales the People Partner operating model during rapid growth and reorganization.

Own strategic relationships with 3–5 major technology partners, developing partnership strategies, roadmaps, executive plans, commercial agreements, and risk management. Lead cross-functional integration workstreams with Product and Engineering, coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with Marketing and Communications, facilitate executive meetings, and measure partnership success. The role requires extensive experience managing complex technology partnerships, negotiating contracts, and aligning business and technical stakeholders.
