Lead exploration and design of a native token and governance for the Arc network: define tokenomics, model incentives and staking, operationalize onchain/offchain governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage the community.

Lead and manage Circle's KYC team overseeing B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and high-quality risk memos. Lead strategy and go-to-market for Arc's capital markets ecosystem. Define roadmap, design partnerships and commercial structures, influence product priorities, and build repeatable frameworks to drive institutional on-chain activity and long-term network effects across the capital markets value chain.

Provide senior transactional legal support for Enterprise, Payments, and Ecosystem teams globally. Draft, negotiate, and structure complex fintech, payments, crypto, and technology agreements; develop contract templates and contracting workflows; advise on regulatory, tax, accounting, and operational implications; support enterprise sales, partnerships, and Arc network integrations; and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes while staying current on digital assets and payments developments.

Partner with Digital Assets, Finance, Treasury, and Risk to design measurement frameworks, perform strategic analysis and modeling, build scalable SQL-driven automation and dashboards, analyze on-chain and finance data, create visualizations, and drive data-informed product decisions for USDC and related digital asset offerings.

This role involves defining and leading the security and risk strategy for Circle's products, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions while managing product security, compliance operations, and risk assessment.

Lead payments-focused data science work: build foundational datasets, metrics, and scalable analytics; analyze customer and transaction behavior (including onchain data); conduct strategic analyses to identify product and revenue opportunities; build reporting, dashboards, and automation; and influence product and business strategy through data storytelling to senior stakeholders.
