Draft, negotiate, and structure complex fintech, payments, crypto, and technology agreements; develop contract templates and contracting workflows; advise on regulatory, tax, accounting, and operational implications; support enterprise sales, partnerships, and Arc network integrations; and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes while staying current on digital assets and payments developments.
