Designs, configures, tests, and deploys business processes, security settings, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and analytics teams to improve processes, reporting, data integrity, compliance, and user experience. Leads requirements gathering, change management, training, release planning, audit support, and system enhancements while providing advanced user support and guidance to junior team members.

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys AI-enabled automations and copilots for GTM and RevOps.
