Own the end-to-end integration and automation architecture for the MyCDW platform. Design ServiceNow integrations, APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, data contracts, AI-agent guardrails, automated workflows, and observability. Lead technical delivery and governance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations, providing architecture, standards, training, risk escalation, stakeholder communication, and client advisory. This role involves delivering cyber security training, creating course materials, and assessing student performance in both in-person and virtual settings.

Provide executive-level ServiceNow architectural leadership across transformation programs: assess business outcomes, design high-level architectures and roadmaps, build trusted advisor relationships, drive sales and billable advisory services, create SOWs and ROI/TTV analyses, mentor teams, and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Lead consultative sales and account strategy to drive product gross profit and services revenue. Manage enterprise accounts, design AI-driven solutions, prioritize opportunities, conduct discovery and negotiations, engage executive stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and long-term client partnerships.
