Partners with Finance, enterprise architecture, technical teams, Oracle, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, supportable financial and billing solutions while minimizing customization.

Develops strategic business plans, oversees client reviews, manages executive relationships, drives retention and satisfaction, resolves escalated issues, and strengthens operational effectiveness through process modernization, governance, cross-training, and technology adoption. Provides team leadership, coaching, performance management, KPI reporting, and strategic direction while supporting client and corporate initiatives.

Designs and governs enterprise AI architecture, including generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, orchestration, integrations, governance, security, compliance, and AI operations. Establishes scalable reference architectures, platform strategies, responsible AI guardrails, lifecycle management, monitoring, and cost controls. Partners with enterprise architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to drive secure AI adoption across cloud services, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
