Leads Amplify’s enterprise business operations and transformation agenda in partnership with the COO. The role designs scalable operating models, re-engineers processes using AI and automation, aligns executives around enterprise goals, and drives complex cross-functional initiatives. Leads business process maturity assessments, workflow and system documentation, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
