Identifies operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities while ensuring research deliverables, inputs, quality, and timelines meet client objectives.

The role involves leading a team to grow and retain business in online communities and panels, managing recruitment, engagement, and data quality while overseeing the operational excellence and compliance within global markets.

Lead client relationships and direct research teams to design and deliver innovation and market strategy studies (concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A&U, shopper and brand insights). Mentor staff, drive account planning, manage revenue and margins, and present actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and execute research from questionnaire design through analysis and reporting.
