Assembles and modifies test cabinets, fixtures, electrical and optical subassemblies, and related production equipment. Performs wiring, soldering, PCB repair, optical fusion splicing, troubleshooting, fabrication, maintenance, and service installation activities. Reads and marks up technical drawings, communicates with engineering, locates components, follows safety and ESD practices, and handles physical tasks including lifting and positioning test systems.

Sets up lab equipment and mirrors customer configurations to validate product performance and functionality. Develops and executes test plans, identifies defects, collaborates with R&D on resolutions, documents results, and communicates findings to stakeholders and customers. Presents lab-based product solutions, provides product improvement feedback, maintains quality and safety standards, and stays current with relevant networking and testing technologies.

Leads Nokia’s security research and standardization activities for 5G Advanced and 6G.
