Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority roles across assigned functions. Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing and interview strategies, build candidate pipelines, manage screening through offers, use recruiting data to improve processes, and promote an inclusive candidate experience while mentoring peers.

Own product strategy and roadmap for retail core systems (financial, OMS, WMS/IMS). Partner with senior business leaders and engineering, prioritize trade-offs, bring an AI-first approach, grow and coach PM teams, define metrics, and drive execution to support scaling and international expansion in a hybrid role.
