Responsible for business development in treasury management, client service excellence, managing client portfolios, and risk management while adhering to policies.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the Middle Market by prospecting, building relationships with centers of influence, managing a qualified sales pipeline, partnering with product and credit teams to deliver integrated financial solutions, and ensuring seamless client onboarding while meeting production and compliance goals.

Serve as trusted advisor and team coordinator for Private Bank clients. Prospect and grow client relationships, deliver wealth planning, investments, trust and private banking solutions, coordinate specialist teams, manage onboarding and client reviews, ensure service standards and CRM documentation, meet revenue and profitability targets, maintain required licenses and industry certifications, and manage risk and compliance.

Develop and manage a large commercial client portfolio ($50M–$500M sales), build C-suite advisory relationships, drive new business, coordinate One Bank partners for credit, treasury and capital markets solutions, monitor credit risk and financial performance, use CRM for pipeline management, and represent the bank in industry and community forums.

Lead and coach a team of licensed retail bankers to sell securities and investment products, manage client relationships, conduct joint and solo client meetings, achieve sales and fee-income goals, deliver training and seminars, and ensure compliance and risk management while providing comprehensive financial solutions within the assigned territory.

Underwrite and monitor commercial credits, prepare credit approval memos and portfolio reviews, run projection models, track covenants and financial statement analysis, generate portfolio reporting, identify and escalate credit risks, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with bank credit policies.

The BDO is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with team members to provide financial solutions for Middle Market clients.

Support regional SBA lending (504 and 7(a)) by originating, structuring, and executing government‑guaranteed loans. Partner with Relationship Managers, CDCs, Credit, CRA, and operations to drive referrals, ensure compliance, manage pipeline/reporting, train bankers, and identify CRA‑eligible opportunities to meet regional production goals.
