The leader drives profitable growth, market share expansion, customer adoption, talent development, and complex enterprise sales pursuits while managing cross-functional stakeholders and channel ecosystems.

Drives growth of HPE Networking professional, advanced, and education services by building pipelines, developing customized solutions, managing complex pursuits, supporting proposals and negotiations, and closing outcome-based opportunities. Partners with account teams, architects, customers, and industry experts to understand business needs, position services, support RFPs, forecast accurately, and expand existing accounts through consultative technical selling.

Manages global strategic accounts by developing growth plans, leading executive business reviews, coordinating international sales teams and partners, and delivering complex multi-country solution sales. Owns revenue, margin, forecasting, pipeline, and account performance objectives. Develops end-to-end HPE Networking solution collateral across written, presentation, and video formats. Presents complex technical information to customers, partners, and field organizations through in-person and virtual channels.

Develops technical marketing content and end-to-end networking solution guidance for HPE Networking products. Responsibilities include analyzing networking architectures, configuring infrastructure, building and evaluating lab models, supporting product definition, collaborating with product and sales teams, enabling field and partner resources, and presenting technical information through written materials, videos, webinars, and live sessions. Expertise is required across campus switching and routing, WLAN and RF, network security, and SD-WAN.

Lead GTM and sales integration for HPE Aruba Networking by developing data-driven business plans, financial and statistical models, performance metrics, and cross-functional initiatives. Drive market research, identify trends and opportunities, counsel senior leaders, manage complex projects and teams, and recommend strategies to close performance gaps.

Provide pre-sales technical consultation and architecture design for complex networking, security, WAN and data center solutions. Partner with sales and partners to respond to RFPs, deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, trainings, and executive presentations. Influence customer technology strategy, produce implementation specifications, and support deployment and operations of large-scale networks.

Lead and deliver large, high-risk HPC and AI deployments across the Americas.
