Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for organizational planning, operational effectiveness, budgeting, growth strategy, policies, procedures, and execution across company divisions. Oversees up to $20 million in revenue, supports field management, develops organizational structure, improves communication and controls, and manages senior personnel responsibilities including hiring, performance evaluations, training, and employee relations.

Coordinates meeting and conference room setups, calendars, work orders, scheduling, stakeholder communications, records, inventory data, signage, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. Provides administrative and customer support, maintains operational information, follows safety procedures, and assists the program manager with performance improvements. The role requires strong communication, computer, and organizational skills, with occasional lifting up to 35 pounds.

Coordinates HR activities including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation support, investigations, talent reviews, reporting, and policy implementation. Partners with managers and operations teams, conducts exit interviews, supports separations and employee hearings, coaches leaders, and may supervise staff. Some travel may be required.
