Provide administrative support to sales and business development: monitor order status, ensure timely delivery, verify artwork with customers and art team, process sample requests and quotes, collaborate with suppliers, and handle customer communications via phone, chat, and email to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Responsible for implementing Deluxe solutions, managing multiple small projects, customizing software, testing systems, and preparing status reports.

Provide technical and functional support for the IMS (OnBase) platform by troubleshooting application issues, resolving customer incidents, and communicating status. Serve as primary case owner, collaborate with Development/QA, document troubleshooting and resolutions, follow escalation procedures, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
