Responsibilities include coverage analysis, liability and damages evaluation, reserving, negotiation, litigation management, legal expense control, recovery efforts, regulatory compliance, and customer communication. The role also provides technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and claim-handling resources to colleagues and business partners. An insurance license may be required within three months of hire.

Own territory performance, coach Sales Executives, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and represent Travelers in agency councils while meeting new business, retention, and profitability goals. Travel up to 50% and perform other duties as assigned.
