The role manages Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Segment, and related systems; designs lead routing, scoring, enrichment, attribution, and handoff workflows; develops AI-powered automation and agentic SDR processes; improves data governance, reporting, pipeline visibility, and funnel velocity; and partners with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Engineering to scale demand generation and partner-led growth.

Own strategy, investment, and performance for Brex’s programmatic, video, CTV, audio, and emerging media portfolio. Build audience strategies, measurement frameworks, experimentation programs, partner ecosystems, and scalable operating standards. Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Data Science to connect upper-funnel media investments to business outcomes, identify emerging opportunities, manage vendors, and influence senior stakeholders.

Own and scale Brex’s paid social growth engine, with Meta as the primary channel. Manage budgets, CAC, conversion, pipeline, audience strategy, measurement, attribution, and full-funnel campaigns. Build experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages, and optimization events. Partner with Data, Marketing Operations, Brand, Design, Sales, and Analytics to improve conversion signals, creative performance, and downstream revenue.

Partners with managers on performance management, coaching, feedback, investigations, terminations, and employee relations. Builds manager enablement resources, supports promotion and performance calibrations, identifies workplace risks, and collaborates with People Partners, Legal, and Workplace Experience on employee processes and return-to-office audits.

Create and execute interactive brand experiences across web, marketing collateral, digital, out-of-home, communications, and environmental projects. Develop responsive web experiences, evolve Figma design systems and component libraries, collaborate with engineers on implementation and QA, and experiment with interactive technologies including WebGL, Three.js, GSAP, Canvas, and p5.js. Translate creative ideas into polished work that supports business impact.

Own and evolve Brex’s brand identity system across visual language, typography, color, illustration, and brand patterns. Translate strategy into visual direction, create brand expressions, lead campaigns and launches, art direct external partners, and improve brand execution across teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Web, Product, leadership, and creative partners while balancing strategic thinking, scalable systems, and high-quality craft.

Develop and execute brand design across marketing collateral, digital experiences, campaigns, social media, web, presentations, email, out-of-home, and branded content. Refine the visual identity system, create storytelling-driven visuals, collaborate with marketing, product, copy, motion, and external partners, and deliver polished creative aligned with business goals and brand strategy.

Own the end-to-end product direction for AI agents supporting finance administrators. Define strategy, roadmap, agent behavior, prompts, evaluation methods, feedback loops, and autonomy levels. Work directly with finance and accounting customers, prototype and analyze agent performance, inspect traces, and partner with engineering, design, and research to improve quality in trust-critical financial workflows.
