Staff Product Designer responsible for shaping product vision, executing high-quality customer-facing experiences, and launching products in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and leadership teams. Lead strategy for enterprise expense management, unifying documentation, policy, compliance, approvals, audit, and ERP readiness. Align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, GTM) to build AI-driven automation that reduces manual work, speeds close, improves adoption, and supports complex enterprise workflows and data models.

Lead strategy for Brex Card operational spend to grow volume and recurring revenue. Own issuance, authorizations, controls, servicing, and economics; align cross-functional teams; use AI to monitor health and automate servicing; and improve authorization performance, reliability, and workflow adoption while protecting economics and customer trust.

Own and scale Brex Travel end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, booking, trip organization, servicing, payments, and reconciliation. Integrate partner inventory and servicing into a cohesive product, drive adoption and bookings, improve reliability and support workflows, and apply AI to reduce operational effort while aligning cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy and execution for Brex's Embedded API and partner platform. Drive partner discovery, technical and commercial planning, reusable API and tooling design, and cross-functional alignment.
