Lead internal communications for Brex by planning and executing All Hands and employee events, drafting multi-channel leadership and employee content, managing editorial calendars, supporting change communications, developing manager guidance and FAQs, and measuring engagement to improve reach and effectiveness.

Build and manage partnerships with VCs, accelerators, incubators and other startup-focused partners to drive top-of-funnel referrals. Develop go-to-market strategies, onboard partners, coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor performance, and act as a product expert to convert relationships into revenue and inform product roadmap.
