Provides administrative and paralegal support for U.S. and Canadian business immigration matters. Manages H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, Canadian work permit, and permanent residence cases; coordinates with external counsel, HR, employees, and stakeholders; tracks case progress; prepares immigration documents and letters; advises employees on processes and timelines; and conducts immigration-related research.

The Paralegal will review marketing materials for legal compliance, assist with content clearance, and maintain legal guidelines, requiring significant experience in marketing and intellectual property.
