The Sales Account Manager is responsible for engaging with customers, driving business growth, nurturing accounts, and meeting sales targets through relationship management and operational efficiency.

Manage allocation and optimization of internal talent across technical, PM, engineering, and managed services functions. Maintain skills inventory and utilization dashboards, forecast demand, champion internal-first staffing, coordinate with HR and vendors, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership to improve capacity, utilization, and hiring decisions.

Support process improvement, maintain PM certifications, and participate in program/project management practice development.

Drive Cisco services contract renewals and upsells for SLED accounts: create renewal quotes, manage contract inventory, support Enterprise Agreement cycles, coordinate with Account Executives, Cisco, and cross-functional teams, process orders, track bookings, and deliver QBRs to grow renewal revenue and Services EA adoption.

Designs end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with customer business outcomes. Partners with sales, engineering, product, and customers on technical discovery, proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, workshops, and architectural reviews. Develops solution diagrams, reference architectures, decision records, and best-practice documentation. Validates technical feasibility, informs product roadmaps, advises customers, mentors junior team members, and stays current on AI/ML, cloud, data, and application architecture technologies.

Designs and leads secure, scalable cloud infrastructure architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities include cloud migration and modernization, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, platform engineering, governance, security, compliance, observability, reliability, and cost optimization. The role also advises clients and executives, leads architecture workshops, develops cloud adoption strategies, and mentors engineering teams.

Lead and manage a team of solution architects while remaining hands-on for complex AI engagements. Set architectural direction, review and approve designs, drive governance and reusable patterns, mentor architects, and align architecture with business objectives across engineering, product, and sales. Represent Presidio in executive briefings and industry events and stay current on AI/ML and cloud trends.

Lead client-facing IT programs from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Drive governance, facilitate ceremonies, maintain program documentation, coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives to deliver measurable client value.

Manages and maintains internal and client-facing monitoring platforms, primarily LogicMonitor, while owning incidents through resolution. Troubleshoots infrastructure monitoring, configurations, integrations, logs, and platform issues across networks, servers, storage, and VMware environments. Develops custom LogicModules, tests new functionality, documents processes, manages vendor escalations, supports change management, and provides rotating emergency on-call coverage. The role requires effective client communication, prioritization, technical documentation, and continuous development across monitoring and observability tools.
