Lead technical oversight and IV&V for a state government ERP migration (SAP S/4HANA RISE). Manage project teams, produce assessment deliverables, advise stakeholders, support proposals and business development, and serve as S/4HANA RISE subject matter expert. Hybrid role with regional travel (~25%).

Lead and manage public sector technology projects, ensuring compliance with federal/state oversight (including Medicaid/MITA/CMS), develop and maintain plans/schedules, track risks/issues, produce governance reporting and dashboards, coordinate vendors/stakeholders, support portfolio disciplines, analyze performance, and provide consulting, client-facing deliverables, and proposal support.

Serve as a senior business analyst on public-sector technology consulting engagements: produce analytical deliverables, analyze RFPs and proposals, ensure project quality and regulatory compliance, manage client relationships and stakeholder communication, support PMO practices, and perform IT-related tasks (system analysis, code development, software engineering) as needed to streamline operations and meet client objectives.
