Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Lead end-to-end project and program management for enterprise sales orders, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer engagement, delivery, post-sales support, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.

Lead Vertiv's liquid cooling fluid management and service operations: standardize procedures, build scopes and proposals with chemical suppliers, coordinate field implementation, resolve technical remediation, support KPI reporting, and improve service delivery for direct-to-chip cooling.

Field-facing technical sales role supporting rack and row data center solutions. Conduct site walks, assess white space and power needs, develop technical specifications and pricing, support proposal and sales cycles, collaborate with regional sales, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and provide product education.
