Lead portfolio management and analytics for US Wholesale & Specialty; partner with underwriting, actuarial, and claims to build and deploy predictive models, monitor portfolio performance, drive underwriting actions, prioritize analytics projects, and enable adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Develop and grow agent and partner relationships to increase premium production. Create targeted business plans, collaborate with underwriting and product teams, influence agents to place business with Markel, mentor others, run campaigns and onboarding, and engage frequently via in-person and virtual meetings. Heavy regional travel required.
