Support the Product Manager for Disability & Absence by analyzing operations and data, defining product requirements and user stories, prioritizing roadmaps, and partnering with Operations and Technology to deliver solutions. Lead and coach a team that investigates disability and absence claims, ensuring adjudication accuracy, compliance, and strong customer experience. Manage performance, training, quality reviews, call monitoring, and administer concurrent claims (e.g., STD, FMLA, PFML). Escalate issues and drive process improvements to meet business objectives and expense targets.

Lead development and lifecycle management of supplemental health insurance products (Critical Illness, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity). Drive market research, competitive analysis, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional launches working with Pricing, Contracts, Operations, Technology, Training, and Sales to deliver product strategy and execution.

The role involves business development and asset origination in agribusiness lending, managing relationships and loan structuring, as well as collaborating with credit analysts and loan closing teams.

Own production health and performance for AI-enabled claims products across Disability & Leave. Monitor SLAs and UX, lead incident triage and RCA, prioritize fixes with engineering and operations, drive systemic improvements, and oversee FINEOS/Catalyst integration and optimization.

Handle inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries to educate pet owners, recommend and sell pet insurance policies, meet sales and performance goals, resolve customer questions, build rapport, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Partner with Product Directors to deliver reporting, analysis, and market-ready insights for Dental and Vision. Provide rapid support to Sales, brokers, and account teams, analyze network and plan design, identify risks and optimization opportunities, and produce external-ready materials and recommendations for regional market execution.
