The role partners with product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, client services, and executives while serving as an ACO and provider analytics subject matter expert. It also identifies scalable platform capabilities and AI-enabled opportunities.

Lead multiemployer health benefits engagements, manage large complex client relationships, deliver senior actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financing, vendor selection, and benefit strategy. Oversee marketing and vendor searches, mentor and lead actuarial teams, ensure quality and peer review, and contribute to business development and presentations.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap for cloud-native shared capabilities. Translate engineering needs into product requirements, define adoption and reliability metrics, partner with engineering, security, and clients, and prioritize platform investments to improve developer velocity, reliability, security, and cost-effective scale.
