Leads Roche’s Pharma Technical global learning strategy and team of Learning Business Partners and Experience Architects. Advises senior leaders, consolidates capability needs across manufacturing sites, drives enterprise learning transformations, and promotes competency-based, performance-centered learning. Establishes communities of practice, coaches teams, uses root-cause analysis to distinguish learning from process needs, and partners with Quality and Operations to improve business performance.

Lead enterprise resourcing, workforce planning, budgeting, and metrics for PDD. Oversee forecasting, governance, data quality, tooling (Anaplan/Tableau/PowerBI), and a global team to enable data-driven decision making, resource optimization, and executive reporting across portfolio and finance stakeholders.
