Build and maintain decisioning infrastructure for risk and business decisions. Translate policies into technical requirements, code business rules and machine learning models, develop APIs and integrations, test and deploy changes, troubleshoot decision systems, analyze outcomes, create dashboards, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Owns Happen Bank’s online and mobile personal lending channel, including strategy, roadmap, execution, growth initiatives, and originations. Partners with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance to improve channel performance. Uses data, experimentation, personalization, and AI tools to drive decisions and optimize eligibility, pricing, and user experience. Independently manages priorities, communicates recommendations to senior stakeholders, and oversees initiatives from planning through delivery.

Lead compliance analytics for BSA/AML and CRA: tune transaction monitoring and watchlist screening, build and streamline compliance reporting, support UAT, audits and regulatory exams, collaborate with Model Risk, Data Engineering and Technology, and prepare executive reporting.

Develop positioning, messaging, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies for new lending products. Lead products from market sizing through launch, execute paid and lifecycle campaigns, define success metrics, analyze performance, and translate customer and competitive insights into recommendations. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Research, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing while creating launch materials and messaging frameworks. Use experimentation and AI to improve campaign optimization, analysis, and content development.

Develop and launch digitally originated consumer and small-business lending products from strategy through pilot and scaling. Design low-friction origination and credit decisioning experiences, partner with risk and credit teams, establish pricing and product economics, define success metrics, run experiments, and monitor portfolio performance. Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, finance, and vendors while applying AI responsibly and maintaining fair-lending and regulatory standards.

Leads the architecture and evolution of enterprise identity security across IGA, authentication, authorization, directories, privileged access, cloud, and non-human identities. Designs solutions using SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory, AWS, Terraform, GitHub, and Delinea Secret Server; builds automation and infrastructure-as-code; supports audits and regulatory examinations; evaluates Zero Trust and emerging identity capabilities; and mentors engineers while driving cross-functional initiatives and responsible AI adoption.
