Lead design, execution, and optimization of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels. Use marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML techniques to personalize journeys, drive activation, revenue, retention, and cross-sell. Analyze performance, generate insights, and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.

Shape Stripe's credit policy and underwriting framework using proprietary and third-party data. Build and implement credit policies, provide data-driven risk recommendations, monitor portfolio trends, incorporate external data sources, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Capital Markets to scale risk processes and new product development.

Create data-backed theses and original content on fintech, B2B tech, AI, and crypto. Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, demand generation, and data science to produce blogs, guides, reports, and social-native content. Own 3–4 focus areas, pioneer new formats, surface insights with partners, and manage a cross-organizational content pipeline.

Own end-to-end privacy operations programs (DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, cookie compliance). Drive process improvements and automation, build playbooks and documentation, triage incoming requests, coordinate Privacy Legal and Engineering, and ensure regulatory readiness and auditable records.
