Lead the strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and global expansion of Stripe Terminal’s hardware portfolio, including Stripe-built devices, third-party hardware, accessories, and partner ecosystems. Define requirements, guide engineering and manufacturing, manage OEM and ODM relationships, evaluate new providers, and balance customer experience, reliability, quality, cost, supply, and timing. Establish success metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, logistics, sales, finance, legal, and regional markets.

Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, launch, expansion, and performance management of complex partnerships. Align senior stakeholders across Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and go-to-market teams while balancing commercial, technical, operational, regulatory, and strategic priorities.

Lead complex, high-value enterprise platform sales from prospect identification through negotiation and close. Develop multi-year account strategies, build executive relationships, orchestrate cross-functional deal teams, and design tailored commercial and technical solutions with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Solutions Architecture. Shape go-to-market strategy, influence product roadmaps, and guide customers through value realization, integration, and long-term partnership opportunities.
