Lead a global AV Events team to design, standardize, and deliver virtual and live production, streaming and VOD for internal audiences. Build roadmaps, best practices, runbooks, customer relationships, and mentor AV producers, operators and broadcast engineers while managing expectations and traveling to offices as needed.
