Leads and scales OpenAI’s Applied AI Engineering team supporting startup customers. Defines the operating model, develops technical customer-facing engineers, advises startups on architecture and production deployment, partners with Sales and cross-functional teams, and turns recurring customer needs into repeatable playbooks, tooling, reference architectures, and deployment mechanisms. Serves as a senior escalation point while balancing customer impact, product priorities, platform strategy, safety, and team growth.

Lead and grow a team of AI Deployment Engineers to design, deploy, and scale secure, production-grade AI systems for enterprise customers. Own technical success across architecture, reliability, security, adoption, and expansion; act as senior technical escalation; partner cross-functionally to create reusable patterns, operating models, measurement, and product feedback loops while hiring and developing talent.

Develop and execute partner marketing strategy for OpenAI’s AI hardware ecosystem. Identify and evaluate partners, build trusted relationships, lead joint launches and campaigns, create positioning and partner materials, and coordinate commercial programs across product, engineering, sales, legal, finance, communications, and design. Monitor partner performance and market feedback to improve programs and expand ecosystem impact.

Lead global AI, platform, and online safety compliance initiatives at OpenAI. Advise on the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and emerging regulations; design scalable governance frameworks and controls; translate legal obligations into product, technical, and operational requirements; monitor enforcement trends; develop playbooks and escalation processes; and engage with regulators, external counsel, and industry stakeholders.

Own OpenAI’s global PwC alliance, developing strategy, executive relationships, joint business plans, pipeline growth, co-selling motions, solution delivery, governance, and partner enablement. Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive enterprise AI adoption, secure production deployments, customer outcomes, repeatable industry solutions, and sustained commercial growth. Allocate resources, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and build the operating model needed to scale the partnership.

Own startup-focused content campaigns from founder discovery through production, distribution, and measurement. Build relationships with founders and technical teams, create founder stories, customer profiles, practical guides, demos, and campaigns, and support co-marketing with startup partners. Collaborate across marketing, communications, product, events, and sales teams while managing editorial workflows, tracking performance, and improving content based on audience feedback and data.

Leads a regional 24/7 Safety Response team, manages high-risk safety cases and escalations, and owns utilization, SLA, backlog, and quality outcomes. Partners with Product, Policy, Legal, Investigations, and regional teams to execute safety decisions, improve workflows and automation, identify emerging risks, and translate frontline insights into policy, product, and enforcement recommendations. Provides rotating on-call leadership during incidents and regulatory or reputational events.

Coordinate high-volume global recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, travel arrangements, and ATS management. Serve as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, support multiple recruiting functions, maintain strong relationships, and help ensure interviews run smoothly and on time. The role requires organization, multitasking, urgency, professionalism, independent problem-solving, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Own complex advertiser support cases from intake through resolution, including ads policy, review, enforcement, product, and safety escalations. Investigate ambiguous issues, communicate clear resolutions, identify recurring friction, and convert frontline insights into improved documentation, workflows, routing, quality standards, and self-service. Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Data Science, and Go To Market teams, while using AI-assisted automation to scale support and prepare for new ad formats, features, and markets.
