Requires extensive data center hardware validation experience and expertise with high-speed interfaces and electrical and thermal instrumentation.

Leads and develops a team of Applied AI Engineers driving Codex adoption for strategic customers. Oversees technical engagement strategy, AI-enabled development workflows, agentic systems, evaluations, architectures, and implementation challenges. Partners with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering to translate customer needs into product insights and reusable technical patterns. Serves as a senior technical advisor, coaches engineers, establishes operating models and best practices, and champions safe, reliable AI adoption.

The Executive Programs Narrative Lead will develop strategic narratives for executive customer interactions, translate AI concepts for leadership, and collaborate with various teams to enhance briefing experiences.

Lead the Solutions Architecture team, managing complex implementations of AI solutions, mentoring technical staff, and aligning customer needs with product roadmaps.

Leads global mobility and immigration strategic initiatives, including U.S. permanent residence, PERM, M&A, organizational change, global expansion, and compliance. Builds governance, playbooks, controls, dashboards, and scalable operating models; manages external counsel and vendors; and partners cross-functionally with Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leaders. Uses data, systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve compliance, efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
