Leads OpenAI’s treasury markets function, including corporate liquidity investment strategy, FX and interest-rate hedging, debt and capital markets, and enterprise market-risk programs. Oversees portfolio construction, derivatives execution, counterparty management, risk frameworks, financial modeling, and executive or Board-level recommendations. Partners with Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Engineering, Data, and Product teams while developing AI-enabled treasury workflows and governance.

Manage strategic technology, distribution, service provider, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop partnership strategies, source and onboard partners, negotiate commercial agreements, establish governance and performance metrics, improve portfolio economics and scalability, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Monitor market and ecosystem developments, prepare executive recommendations, and resolve partnership risks while building processes for effective relationship management at scale.

Build low-level device runtime software for OpenAI custom AI accelerators. Responsibilities include kernel scheduling, command submission, queueing, device memory management, synchronization, hardware-software interfaces, simulation-based validation, performance tuning, debugging, testing, tracing, and profiling. Collaborate with compiler, kernel, architecture, verification, firmware, and silicon teams to improve accelerator execution and co-design.

Develop software bringup and validation strategies for new AI silicon and integrated systems. Build diagnostics, automation, telemetry, regression infrastructure, and stress tests across compute, memory, interconnect, and I/O subsystems. Lead first-silicon bringup through system integration and model execution, translate specifications into acceptance criteria, debug hardware-software issues, coordinate cross-functional fixes, and improve reusable infrastructure for future platforms.

Develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. Partner with product, marketing, developer relations, creative, media, and agency teams on launches, events, community programs, and startup initiatives. Manage agencies, budgets, media planning, creative development, positioning, storytelling, and channel strategy. Identify customer stories, measure awareness and adoption outcomes, and use campaign insights to improve future work.

Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution for major product moments. Partner with product teams to create launch plans, drive alignment across marketing, comms, events, and ops, communicate status to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and build scalable launch frameworks and operating rhythms.

Lead SMB Ads analytics end-to-end: define growth KPIs, diagnose funnel friction, build propensity/LTV models, design attribution and A/B experiments, automate dashboards, and forecast advertiser/revenue growth to inform product and marketing decisions.

Lead commercial legal strategy for OpenAI's infrastructure portfolio. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex supplier, manufacturing, distribution, and partnership agreements. Advise on procurement, licensing, supply chains, export controls, and cross-border regulatory issues. Build scalable contracting processes and partner with finance, operations, and policy teams to align contracts with business and compliance objectives.

Lead risk-based audits and advisory reviews across finance, operations, and compliance. Evaluate processes and controls, assess emerging AI/data risks, build analytics-driven audit capabilities, advise executives and the Board, drive governance of critical programs, and coach the audit team while developing next-generation audit methodology and tooling.

Lead measurement and insights for ads demand: define metrics and benchmarks, analyze advertiser performance, build early-warning signals, design experiments, translate findings into sales and product actions, forecast opportunities, and close feedback loops to improve advertiser outcomes.
