Lead product marketing for ChatGPT Work: define audience, positioning, GTM strategy, and portfolio priorities. Drive launches, adoption, enterprise readiness, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. Use customer insight and analytics to shape product, measure adoption and retention, and support sales and field readiness for professional and enterprise customers.

Lead Marketing Operations & Technology to build AI-enabled systems, data, and workflows. Set strategy, own MarTech roadmap, build a technical team, connect product and sales signals, and drive experimentation, measurement, and trustworthy integrations at scale.

Lead end-to-end demo strategy and execution for major events and strategic programs.
