Lead end-to-end deployment of frontier AI models for strategic customers, from discovery and system design through production rollout. Lead experimentation, cohort analysis, measurement, automation, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing Operations to improve advertiser growth and campaign adoption.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and adoption of OpenAI’s ads prospecting and customer intelligence platform. Define customer and advertiser data models, integrate market and behavioral signals, develop enrichment and scoring workflows, connect intelligence to sales and marketing activation, and establish experimentation, governance, data quality, and feedback systems. Partner with engineering, data science, sales, and platform teams while leading a small team and managing build-versus-buy decisions.

Build and scale global programs for SMB-focused agencies and partners supporting OpenAI’s advertising platform. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, participant recruitment, education, certification, incentives, co-marketing, experimentation, measurement, cross-functional delivery, global market adaptation, and team building.
