Build and ship full-stack product experiences that leverage new AI model capabilities. Identify promising technical and product opportunities, rapidly prototype and validate ideas, collaborate with research, applied, product, design, data science, and engineering teams, and use user feedback and experimentation to determine which concepts should scale into larger products.

Build scalable ER tools, frameworks, and manager resources; support responsible AI adoption; identify workplace culture trends; and collaborate with Legal and People partners on principled, confidential solutions in a fast-changing environment.

Build OpenAI’s native learning experiences from 0 to 1, owning technical vision and end-to-end full-stack delivery. Develop frontend and backend systems for learner state, progress, content integration, practice, feedback, telemetry, evaluation, reliability, safety, and accessibility. Partner with education, design, research, data, content, and customer-facing teams to define requirements, run experiments, measure learning outcomes, and iterate toward high-quality enterprise AI learning products.

Manage enterprise customer accounts throughout the sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation through deployment, expansion, and renewal. Develop account strategies, own revenue targets, forecast revenue, and analyze account metrics. Partner with engineering, solutions, research, marketing, and product teams on complex customer programs. Engage C-level executives, communicate technical AI concepts, monitor market intelligence, support recruiting, and help build scalable company processes and culture.

Lead cross-functional programs that improve developer velocity and deployment excellence across ChatGPT. Responsibilities include owning roadmaps for local development, CI, testing, builds, releases, and rollout systems; prioritizing developer friction; improving release reliability; defining productivity and engineering metrics; and driving adoption of automation, observability, release orchestration, and developer tooling.

Own operational accounting for complex financing, investments, equity arrangements, and other non-standard transactions. Translate technical accounting conclusions into close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, disclosures, controls, audit support, and scalable policies. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, valuation specialists, and auditors. Lead impairment monitoring, valuation coordination, accounting standards implementation, and process or systems improvements.

Build backend infrastructure and customer-facing workflows for AI agents in secure enterprise cloud environments. Develop Go services and APIs, cloud provisioning, orchestration for long-running parallel tasks, integrations with developer tools, and security controls such as permissions, credential handling, isolation, and auditability. Own production quality through testing, rollouts, observability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with customers, frontend, infrastructure, and security teams.
