Field-based account executive responsible for net-new logos and upsell in an assigned territory. Develop and execute personal sales plans, position Ping Identity value, negotiate and close complex contracts, forecast sales, prepare pricing/offers, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and provide customer feedback to product and marketing.

Owns net-new enterprise account growth across greenfield accounts, from territory planning and prospecting through complex sales cycles and contract close. Provides premium technical support to enterprise customers using Ping Identity solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and reproducing SaaS and web application issues, analyzing logs and HTTP traces, managing SLAs and customer expectations, conducting troubleshooting sessions, communicating through phone and email, contributing to the knowledge base, and mentoring or onboarding support engineers. The role includes global follow-the-sun coverage, rotating on-call responsibilities, and varied schedules.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, events, correspondence, presentations, board materials, and confidential information. Serves as a key stakeholder contact, conducts research, supports decision-making, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and improves administrative processes. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Lead global payroll operations across 18 countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Manage payroll service providers, strategy, automation, implementations, country expansions, EOR relationships, and M&A integration. Lead a globally dispersed team and partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, HR, Benefits, and Equity Administration. Oversee complex compensation, payroll taxes, statutory filings, audits, year-end reporting, internal controls, risk mitigation, and employee issue resolution.

Creates and maintains technical documentation for cloud and on-premise identity products across end-user, administrator, developer, integrator, and DevOps audiences. Collaborates with engineers and product teams, researches software and standards, tests unreleased features, advocates for documentation throughout the development lifecycle, and edits contributor content. Works in a Docs-as-Code environment using AsciiDoc, GitHub, and documentation publishing tools.

Provide technical support to top-tier customers by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, reproducing problems, documenting bugs, and coordinating resolutions with Engineering, SRE, Product Management, and Customer Success. Lead escalations, manage urgent tickets, mentor team members, improve support processes and documentation, participate in on-call coverage, and develop expertise in Ping Identity’s cloud identity platform.

Design, deploy, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure for Ping Identity’s mission-critical services. Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines, support cloud security and observability, evaluate technologies, participate in planning and on-call rotations, and help improve engineering practices. Collaborate across development and operations teams while sharing expertise and supporting distributed production systems.
