The Systems Engineer will design, implement, and optimize HR systems such as Workday HCM, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HR technology solutions.

Design and build AI agents, first-party web and mobile apps, and scalable backend services. Integrate LLM frameworks and enterprise systems, implement APIs and microservices, ensure observability and security, and collaborate with Finance, Security, and Engineering stakeholders.

Own and evolve the data lake and analytics stack powering fleet observability. Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, operate data lake infrastructure (Iceberg, Trino, Airflow, Spark, Superset), produce analytics and executive reporting, create dashboards and runbooks, and implement data governance and observability.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of large-scale bare-metal GPU clusters for strategic customers: facility/rack design, GPU cluster bring-up, InfiniBand/RoCE fabric validation, HPC benchmarking and remediation, operational models for BMaaS, and cross-team product feedback. Act as primary technical customer contact, run proofs-of-concept, collaborate with engineering teams, and support security-sensitive, production-ready supercomputers.

Serve as the technical partner for net-new AI customers: design demos, lead end-to-end PoCs, architect and deploy production LLM applications, advise on best practices across infrastructure and tooling, and represent customer needs to shape product roadmap while partnering with sales and engineering.

Provide strategic legal support for global sourcing, procurement, and deployment of datacenter and infrastructure hardware. Draft and negotiate complex supplier agreements, advise on risk allocation, compliance, export controls, and international logistics. Build templates, playbooks, and enablement for scalable contracting; manage outside counsel and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for global expansion.

Lead RevOps analytics for the Global Field Organization: analyze sales performance, build dashboards and predictive forecasts, support territory and quota planning, conduct win/loss and pipeline conversion analyses, and drive data-backed GTM recommendations while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Data Engineering, and Finance.

Own and grow strategic partner relationships (NVIDIA, hyperscalers, tech partners). Drive co-sell motions, joint pipeline, and partner-influenced revenue. Build executive relationships, develop joint business plans, enable partner sales teams, and create solution plays. Coordinate with sales, solutions engineering, and product teams. Track partner pipeline and maintain records in Salesforce. Field-based role with travel and territory-level partner plans.

Lead operational readiness reviews for large-scale data center projects, identify design/construction/commissioning gaps, drive corrective actions, validate turnover readiness, coordinate across design, construction, commissioning, and operations to ensure mission-critical infrastructure meets standards and is handed off reliably.
