Own AssemblyAI’s go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, enrichment, outbound automation, routing, scoring, and AI agents. Build production automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI workflows for prospecting, research, personalization, and lead scoring. Convert product usage data into actionable sales signals, automate account targeting, maintain clean funnel data, and partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve pipeline and revenue operations.

Own the end-to-end design and frontend implementation of AssemblyAI’s developer-facing product interfaces. Create polished, high-fidelity experiences in React and TypeScript, establish UX and visual quality standards, steward the design system, prototype ideas, and partner with engineering, marketing, and sales. Use AI-assisted design and development workflows, with opportunities to apply motion design, illustration, and visual storytelling.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers to onboard and integrate AssemblyAI's voice AI models and APIs. Evaluate use cases, drive adoption and growth, lead commercial and project meetings, manage a portfolio of technical customers, and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, Research, and Product.

Build and scale production inference systems and customer-facing APIs for AssemblyAI’s voice AI models. Responsibilities include productionizing research prototypes, improving latency and reliability, supporting high-volume inference traffic, developing backend services and SDKs, and collaborating with researchers, applied engineers, customers, and product teams.

Design and build developer-facing product surfaces end-to-end: create high-fidelity UX and visual designs, prototype quickly, implement production interfaces in React and TypeScript, steward the design system, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship polished, AI-native experiences.
