As a VP, Protocol Engineer, you will design, deploy, and manage validator infrastructure, optimize workflows, and enhance monitoring and security in blockchain networks.

Design, build, and own developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and platform systems to improve engineering productivity. Create data ecosystems, dashboards, and metrics for engineering visibility. Define roadmap, ship improvements, enable self-service through documentation and training, and collaborate with security, product, and leadership. Leverage and champion AI tools to boost developer performance.

Design, build, and own backend systems for blockchain and staking infrastructure. Implement APIs, Ethereum data pipelines, indexers, validator integrations, and operational tooling. Lead architecture, testing, deployment, observability, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead and grow protocol engineering teams for Ethereum, Solana, and Chainlink; provide deep technical guidance, set operating rhythms, own protocol strategy, coordinate cross-functional work, support client engagements, and manage headcount, retention, and incident response.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure blockchain participation and custody infrastructure. Improve automation, monitoring, incident response, and observability; debug distributed protocols; inform leadership strategy; scope product opportunities; and support on-call reliability and deployment automation.
