Responsibilities include application design, automated testing, Selenium-based test suites, static code analysis, source control, peer review, defect resolution, troubleshooting across application layers, deployment validation, production stabilization, and technical documentation. The role is fully remote within the continental United States and supports a U.S. federal agency.

Manage multiple federal IT projects from concept through implementation, coordinating developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and agency stakeholders. Apply Agile and Scrum methods while managing requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases. Support enterprise reporting and data initiatives using SAP BusinessObjects and WebI, with knowledge of databases and data integration. Work independently in a fully remote role and maintain alignment with federal standards and regulations.
