Own global payroll processing through Rippling, including audits, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, documentation, and compliance support. Administer employee benefits, enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and vendor coordination. Support employee lifecycle processes, HR records, reporting, leave administration, recruiting coordination, and onboarding.
