Process and oversee accounts payable transactions in Yardi, verify third-party invoices, maintain accurate general ledger coding, resolve discrepancies, manage records, follow up on outstanding invoices, generate reports, and support accounting projects and process improvements. The role collaborates with Finance and Operations teams while maintaining internal controls, accuracy, organization, and timely payment processing.

Manage the day-to-day functionality, integrity, governance, and reporting of spatial, CAD floor plan, occupancy, and utilization data across a corporate real estate portfolio. Administer the space management system, enforce standards and user controls, support CAFM integrations, monitor data quality and allocation processes, provide training, recommend process improvements, and advise space planning teams on consistent workflows and FF&E solutions.

Supports global IFM and procurement transitions through data analysis, cleansing, mapping, validation, quality control, reporting, process optimization, and digital solution adoption. The role develops KPI reporting, automates workflows with AI tools, manages data across multiple business systems, creates process maps, documents decisions, prepares presentations, and serves as a technology subject matter expert. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and client outcomes.

Provide analytical and reporting support to account and project teams: gather and validate financial data, perform quantitative analyses, maintain financial databases, troubleshoot invoicing and purchase orders, create Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards, produce ad-hoc reports, audit project budgets and closeouts, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
