Design, install, and administer ClearPath OS2200 RDMS/DMS database environments; perform monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery, upgrades, DR testing, ITIL-driven incident/change management, automation, multi-customer managed services support, on-call rotation, and documentation.

Administer and support ClearPath OS2200 environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot performance issues, tune systems, manage storage/tape, workloads, databases, middleware and batch/transaction processing. Develop automation, runbooks, documentation, participate in on-call incident response, and follow ITIL change management. Support firmware/Plateau installations and SCMS II configuration, and collaborate with teams and customers for disaster recovery and continuous service improvement.

Design, implement, and maintain observability and monitoring solutions across servers, applications, databases, networks, and cloud. Configure platforms for metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts; integrate with ITSM and CI/CD pipelines; perform tuning, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and automation (IaC, scripting). Support incident and problem management, reduce alert noise, and contribute to AIOps and self-healing initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational governance.

Design, implement, and manage cloud security controls and dashboards; assess and prioritize vulnerabilities; configure and operate SIEM/SOAR and other security tooling; perform cloud security audits, incident response, and compliance assessments; develop automation and AI agents to reduce analyst workload; collaborate across teams to remediate risks and support the Unisys SOC.

Lead transitions and transformations for large managed services engagements, implementing new operating models, driving service modernization, automation/AIOps and measurable service quality and customer experience improvements while managing leaders and executive stakeholders.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC. Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.

Provide Level 2 systems administration and network monitoring for development, test, and production servers. Install, upgrade, and license software; troubleshoot host and network issues; perform daily system monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping; recommend and implement solutions; and create user documentation and training materials.

Operate and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers: patching, re-imaging, package management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation. Own Level 2 tickets, perform root cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation and runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 rotating shifts and comply with export-control authorizations.

Provide Level 2 Linux/Unix systems administration in a 24×7 NOC: troubleshoot OS/service/connectivity issues, perform patching/reimaging, manage packages, own incident remediation, monitor systems, produce reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Provide advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24×7 NOC. Handle Level 1 escalations, diagnose complex connectivity issues, perform network configuration changes, own Level 2 tickets to resolution, document root causes, produce operational reports, maintain device inventories and diagrams, and create runbooks and training for Level 1 analysts.
