As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate leads and qualified meetings for enterprise sales, collaborating closely with account executives and utilizing software tools for market analysis.

Lead new-client implementations of a digital banking SaaS platform, managing program schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as primary customer contact, track tickets/backlogs, validate configurations, report status to stakeholders, and drive process improvements and team mentoring to ensure successful launches and customer satisfaction.

Supports end-to-end billing by reviewing contracts, validating billing data, generating invoices, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining billing schedules, processing credit memos, and resolving customer billing inquiries. The role collaborates cross-functionally, maintains audit-ready documentation, follows accounting controls, prepares basic reports, and recommends process improvements. Experience with subscription billing, revenue recognition, reseller billing, audits, and Excel is preferred.

Leads cross-team software delivery and technical direction across Alkami’s digital banking platform. Designs scalable architectures, secure APIs, microservices, integrations, and data contracts; writes and reviews production code; improves reliability, performance, observability, testing, and CI/CD; manages technical dependencies and tradeoffs; mentors engineers; leads incident response and root-cause analysis; and partners with product, security, architecture, data, and site reliability teams.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Alkami's marketing products. Define roadmap, embed AI-driven personalization and audience intelligence, partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue, recruit and develop product managers, and deliver scalable SaaS marketing and analytics solutions for financial institutions.

Design and build backend services, REST APIs, and integrations for bank administrators and customers. Apply domain-driven design and microservice architecture, write well-tested, documented code, and participate in system design, code reviews, and agile SCRUM processes. Integrate with third-party services such as Plaid and SendGrid.

Serve as the primary consultative partner for a complex portfolio of financial institution clients using Alkami's Data & Marketing solution. Drive strategy, analyze usage and campaign results, deliver QBRs, build success plans, maintain multi-threaded relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure retention and measurable ROI. Travel up to 25%.

Lead front-end-focused full‑stack development for a multi‑tenant SaaS online banking platform. Build reusable component libraries, migrate legacy UI, optimize UI performance, troubleshoot across front-end and service layers, participate in on‑call rotations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure API‑first integrations and cloud‑native deployments.

Implement and deliver Alkami's enterprise banking software, lead technical integrations with bank cores and third-party vendors, provide client-facing technical consulting, troubleshoot and support environments, audit client launches, document solutions, and share technical knowledge to scale the Technical Consulting organization.

Lead and scale Alkami's reseller-driven channel ecosystem to drive revenue. Own team quota, optimize core provider relationships, recruit and enable resellers, manage partner-sourced pipeline and joint sales motions, and lead a channel sales team while aligning cross-functionally to resolve channel conflict and refine GTM strategy.
