Builds project plans, tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, readiness, and deliverables; coordinates technical, clinical, operational, product, sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manages EHR integration workstreams, launch communications, reporting, documentation, handoffs, and process improvement while ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality go-lives.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for B2B2C and B2B audiences, building multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, in-app) in Customer.io and HubSpot. Partner cross-functionally to define segments, triggers, and campaigns, use data and AI to optimize performance, ensure HIPAA-compliant communications, and drive activation, retention, and advocacy.
